Emergency brake needed repair. Arrived for my appointment at 9 am and Ted Kypreos, my service advisor, was there to greet me. My car was in the shop for about two and a half hours. Arrived for my appointment at 9 am and Ted Kypreos, my service advisor, was there to greet me. My car was in the shop for about two and a half hours. After repairing the emergency brake they proceeded to update the cars software and throughly washed it. I was on my way home before noon. The breakfast/lunch counter was fabulous.
