Great service! I took my SUV there because a door suddenly would not open. I booked the appointment on line, the same day and a loaner car was waiting for me. I was greeted immediately, and Drew the advisor came with his iPad and promptly took all the necessary information. I was out of there fast. He kept on communication with me via text , as I had preferred. The door was fixed at no cost and my car was returned back clean and smelling fresh. More
Either incompetent or dishonest, perhaps both Mercedes Roadside assistance towed my car there where it sat for 5 days before I could get a service adviser to speak to me. I called 2 times per day for 5 days before I finally reached someone. I just needed a key reprogrammed. It cost me $1250 after they sold me a battery I didn't need, ran tests I asked them not to, and charged me for the complementary towing. Further, I asked them about a specific issue that a reputable Atlanta Mercedes dealership told me needed checking and they ignored it and looked at something else, for which they charged me $150. Absolutely no value add here. I was going to by another Mercedes from them, but I am going to Atlanta instead where the dealer can be relied on. This was absolutely scandalous. More

I took it to the Atlantic beach location to be fixed. I was told I would have to pay $1700 for the repair or buy a better certified car from them. I had called earlier to make an appointment when they had a loaner available. When I showed up they said they had run out of loaners as well. I litter lay was berated in the show room that the dealership I bought the car from sold me a junker. I left crying. My husband called and they told him to come look at new cars or a Brumo's Certified Mercedes. My husband started gathering information to proceed with legal action. A friend recommended calling the Orange Park Dealership and they said to bring it in. I was provided a loaner, they replaced the defective windshield and did not charge me a dime. Moral of the story. Do not deal with this dealership, they do not honor certified Mercedes Cars when they feel they can strong arm you into buying another car. (18 month old low mileage car) More

Don't Come During Dinner Time It is really disappointing to see what this establishment does to people. They almost talk down to you because they stereotype everyone. I'm sorry that I am younger than your average customer but guess what..I can afford a Mercedes and we didn't purchase a car today solely because of the way this dealership treated us. I really hope that Brumos doesn't treat everyone this way because it is just not right. I happen to be in the same business and I have NEVER told a customer that I want to make a deal happen tonight because I have already missed dinner. It is very unprofessional. I have also never offered a customer $5,000 under rough book for their trade and tried to sell my car $6,000 over retail (and those numbers are me being nice). That is completely insulting and I know it's because of our age. I really didn't expect this kind of service from Brumos. When I am trying to make a decision whether to send $40,000 (before taxes and fees) I need some time and you should never tell someone that they have to decide right now and try to pressure people into it. Oh and the sales manager didn't know the selling price of the car..all he knew was the "monthly payment ". That's pretty sketchy. What do you guys think I am stupid? I'm pretty sure they put cars on their website to reel customers in and they happen to not have any of the vehicles that were listed at a reasonable price and then try to guilt trip you into buying a vehicle there. It is definitely worth driving out of Jacksonville to go to a Mercedes dealership that at least have morals and that won't rip you off. This place is what ruins the car business. More
The worst autocustomer service that I have ever experienced Brumos serviced my Mercedes S600. They were supposed to perform the work within 2 hours so I waited for the service to be completed rather than take Brumos serviced my Mercedes S600. They were supposed to perform the work within 2 hours so I waited for the service to be completed rather than take a loaner car. It took over 2 hours for the first service person to look at the car. Ultimately it took 4 hours and because I had a meeting to attend, I asked to see the Service Manager. He was out, and the Assistant refused to see me. I have called Brumos asking to speak to the General Manager numerous times, but he/she has never called me. I have filed several very negative responses to questionnaires, but have never received a call. I am about to replace my S600 and was planning to purchase a SL55. I have decided to buy a Bentley instead. I would have to drive to Daytona to have a Mercedes serviced. More
