lack of integrity of a dealership {Pat Bolter, Ali Hashemi} the dealership laguna niguel mercedes {Bernie Mendez}, had contacted me via a USAA lead about a new vehicle. by the way by being a USAA member it got the dealership laguna niguel mercedes {Bernie Mendez}, had contacted me via a USAA lead about a new vehicle. by the way by being a USAA member it got me a $1800.00 discount off the vehicle. they had the exact one that i had built on line. prior to me going up to the dealership that day i had Bernie to please make sure the vehicle was there and "he replied yes it is". so i loaded up the family and headed up to the dealership to acquire that vehicle. once we got there all of the sudden the vehicle was nowhere to be found and keep in mind that was after the credit was pulled and i came back as tier one credit. Bernie brought back the drive off numbers and asked for $3,002.52 which was the drive off monies owed.i had asked when the vehicle would arrive and he replied,"the next day or two ". he said by taking your drive off dollars now would secure that vehicle as mine. the vehicle of course never landed until one day shy of 2 weeks. at that time they had decided not to sell me the vehicle and has refused to give back my $3002.52 drive off monies.i found out the next day that same vehicle with the same VIN numbers for sale on the open market for $10,000.00 over window sticker.so i don't need to tell you that why i was no longer allowed to buy the vehicle. let's look back $1,800.00 off the vehicle; due to the fact, i have a military discount. WHAT A DISSERVICE TO ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL!!!!!! or now we are trying to get $10,000.00 over window sticker. THE GENERAL MANAGER {PAT BOLTER}WON'T RESPOND TO MY EMAIL OR TAKE MY PHONE CALLS!!! THE GENERAL SALES MANGER ALI HASHEMI HAS REFUSED TO SEND ME THE REFUND!!! i had told him that my next call is to DMV and he responded "DMV could and will do nothing" little does that LITTLE MAN know that DMV regulates all auto dealerships {they are the police of all dealerships} and for that little spineless jellyfish of a man PAT BOLTER next time man up and put your big boy pants on and face the consumer who your dealership is holding and keeping there drive off monies of a contract that you guys a retracting on 2 weeks later. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY FROM BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY MILITARY PERSONAL. PAT will have his day very soon with the DMV investigation team and would not be surprised if DMV uncovers any other not so to form practices by LAGUNA NIGUEL MERCEDES DEALERSHIP. More
