I am a volunteer and board member/Valiant Women for Mission Hospital so I decide to take a drive to Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel. I could not have been more happier that I did. My husband and I arrived and were greeted by a very professional and intelligent salesman -Ward Church. He showed us the two cars we were interested in with knowledge and no pressure. He was a breathe of fresh air. We also enjoyed the fact that the place wasn't crowded with a lot of people and salesman. We could relax and really get to know the cars we were interested in. The next day we drove to MB-Fletcher Jones to look at what car colors they had in the G-Class because that was the car we had decided on. It was so busy there was no parking on the lot so a parking attendant told us to park on the street. We walked around saw some colors then ended up back to see Ward at MBLN. We had an excellent experience in the finance department and Ward made the sale a delight. I am looking forward to having my car serviced with MBLN and touches basis for a free car wash, a cup of coffee and to just say "HI" More

He never pressured us at anytime to purchase the car and simply allowed us to make the decision when we were ready to make the decision. He was very helpful with all of the options on the car and financing. By the time we agreed to purchase the car, Ho finalized all of the details so that by the time we sat at the finance table, all details were worked out and it couldn't have been easier.
