Completely dishonest location, do not service your vehicles here! Vehicle newly purchased Certified Pre-Owned with less than 6000 miles with a laundry list of services and replacements NOT needed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Laguna Niguel service department at all costs, they clearly will do anything to steal your money. This location is totally corrupt and condescending little snots! More
My wife and I purchased a 2015 Lexus rx350 on August 28th, 2020 from Ben Hirshman. The headlight has something wrong with it and Ben would say it was sun damage which it wasn't. He acted like he had no idea… but he knew the Carfax, but did his best to avoid bringing it up. There was Rust on the back bumper and rear door. It had to have been covered up, because we noticed it a day in a half later even though we inspected it at the dealership. Anyone with a pair of working eyes could have noticed it right away. Ben kept telling us that it was never in an accident, that it was so clean and avoided anything about the CarFax until we signed. The lease guy said… you never saw this? After papers were signed. Leasing guy said no one ever signs the waiver… convinced us not to in our opinion. Now 3 days later, there is a leak coming from the transmission and apparently the front right axle was replaced and we have to get this replaced and it looks to be coming from the transmission (a mechanic looked at it). And this makes sense why the team at Mercedes-Benza of Laguna Niguel did their best to keep us from signing the 3 day waiver sheet for $250. To top it off... There was a dead Rat (I would have attached a picture if able) that had been under the hood for awhile. How did Mercedes miss that? I didn’t realize we should be the ones looking for that. I get that it's their sales tactics to sell the car even if it is a lemon. But, the lack of professionalism, the preaching that "It’s a Mercedes dealership and we wouldn’t sell anything that wasn’t up to the highest standards"... Well we feel we were sold a xxxxty car and xxxxty service. More

He has always guided and advised mt during the entire period of my three year lease. Because we were always treated with courtesy, respect, and assistance when needed, we contacted him upon lease expiration to lease a new C 300 from him at the dealership. During the three years of our first least, MBLN service personnel were always ready and willing to provide great service. I am so impressed with every aspect of this dealership. As most shoppers know or come to know, the purchase of a vehicle is generally a painful, and grueling experience ! It was a welcome and refreshing experience to not have over zealous and aggressive sales personnel do everything possible to sell you a vehicle. the purchase or lease of any vehicle is going to be a time consuming process.
