I had to laugh because she seemed to be reading my mind about the issues that were important to me. She even picked the color vehicle to test drive that I was interested in without me telling her what color I preferred! It was my pleasure to deal with Alisa. Megan Dewitt provided above and beyond service to me and my wife on July It serves me great pleasure to recognize one of your outstanding employees. Megan Dewitt provided above and beyond service to me and my wife on July 28, 2015. I called Megan on Sunday (her day off) to schedule an appointment in order to further understand some of the feature on my 2015 E350, and 2015 ML 400. Megan set up a meeting with me to go over all the features. Megan was very knowledge, she knew the product very well, she was very pleasant with a willingness to help and go beyond the call of duty. Professional, knowledgeable, articulate, and pleasant are words that I would use to describe Megan Dewitt. Megan suggested that we face time each other in order to have a more personal meeting. Megan answered every question we had to 100% satisfaction. She then began to re-educate me on some features that she had previously educated me on. She wanted to ensure that I had no questions and that any potential question would be taken care of. It's employee's like Megan DeWitt that makes me and my family feel like Tafel Motors is more than just a Mercedes Dealership, it makes of feel like family. After Megan completed our secession she offered to her services anytime that me or my family needed them. Megan Dewitt is truly a professional and should be recognize for her outstanding performance. Very Satisfied Customer I purchased an E 350 Wagon. Charles' straightforward and matter of fact approach was just the right thing for me. I have owned Mercedes before so h I purchased an E 350 Wagon. Charles' straightforward and matter of fact approach was just the right thing for me. I have owned Mercedes before so had some familiarity. Charles brought me up to date about what's new in the latest models. He was always friendly and patient with all my questions and concerns. Megan took me through the car and its features the day I took delivery. She is very bright, helpful and communicates very clearly. If I didn't "get" it the first time she would try another way to explain until it was clear. I appreciate that approach and suppose anyone would. Jeff teamed well with Charles to get the financing and paperwork taken care of. He is an enthusiastic and service oriented individual. We agreed to a finance rate on Friday, but when I took delivery on Monday Jeff informed me he had found another option and found a better deal. That was a pleasant surprise. Jeff was meticulous in explaining the paperwork. More
