I live in the Chicago area, so my interaction with Tafel was via email and text message, as well as a couple of phone calls. Skyler was my sales person, and he was respectful, knowledgeable and was comfortable working on my schedule. We agreed on a price, I drove down from Chicago (5 hours) with my trade in. It took less than 90 minutes to complete our purchase, and that included a very solid walk through of the features of the 2014 GL. The entire experience was low/no pressure, and courteous.
