CPO GL 350 purchase I have been looking for a quality low mileage GL350 for a few months, and the one available at Tafel fit my needs very well. I live in the Chicago ar I have been looking for a quality low mileage GL350 for a few months, and the one available at Tafel fit my needs very well. I live in the Chicago area, so my interaction with Tafel was via email and text message, as well as a couple of phone calls. Skyler was my sales person, and he was respectful, knowledgeable and was comfortable working on my schedule. We agreed on a price, I drove down from Chicago (5 hours) with my trade in. It took less than 90 minutes to complete our purchase, and that included a very solid walk through of the features of the 2014 GL. The entire experience was low/no pressure, and courteous. Skyler was professional, and a easy to work with. Jeff Jackson in finance was also easy to work with, and explained my options clearly and with no pressure. I highly recommend Tafel Motors. More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD I had a flat tire for my C300 and called them the day prior to see if they had my tire in stock. A woman who answered stated that they did and to exp I had a flat tire for my C300 and called them the day prior to see if they had my tire in stock. A woman who answered stated that they did and to expect a 1 1/2 hour wait. I was given an appointment time the next day at 8:30am. I ARRIVED AT 8:25AM AND DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 1:15PM....FOR ONE TIRE!!! First I met with George, and I mentioned to him that my front left parking light said it was out but later the mechanics couldn't find it and it is still popping up on my service screen today; I found out which light it is myself. Upon being shown the lounge where I was told to wait I was referred to as kiddo. After about 3 or so hours I told George that I really needed to leave soon (I had to drive to work in Cincinnati, Ohio). He said he would try and get the estimate and everything going, but I still waited for over an hour longer. I then decided to wait at his desk. At this point I was on the verge of tears, there were service people walking all around me and sitting at desks adjacent to the one I was sitting at but no one bothered to help me or even look at me. So finally I got the attention of someone who had been constantly casually walking around and he told me George was on lunch. The computers were slow so he had to write my debit card information down and it finally showed up the week afterwards. I was not charged for $30 of service, but if I'm forced to visit this location again, I will just ask for the tire to be put in my car so that I can actually enjoy my day and not waste it miserable, tired, and hungry in your lounge. Great Experience!!! I stopped in to look at a pre-owned S550 and a E63 AMG. Both cars were exceptional! Because my husband could not make it in to test drive during norma I stopped in to look at a pre-owned S550 and a E63 AMG. Both cars were exceptional! Because my husband could not make it in to test drive during normal hours, Charles allowed me to take the S550 home (overnight) and let my husband view and test drive the car. Unfortunately my husband wanted a black car and this was silver. Abel came over and made sure that I was being taken care of and assured that he was there to help if needed. We are still looking and hopefully we will be able to purchase a car from Tafel. So far the experience has been GREAT! More
