We had the best experience with this dealership! We bought a certified pre-owned car but there was something in the car that we didn’t like. We went back to the dealership to address our issue and was bought a certified pre-owned car but there was something in the car that we didn’t like. We went back to the dealership to address our issue and was super impressed with the treatment we had received. Kevin Lee was super helpful (he helped us twice even if he was not our sales consultant), the manager on duty (forgot his name) addressed our concern and offered us option including exchanging the car, as we were still in the 5day window. Kevin was gracious to show us our options. And, all these at 5 pm on a Sunday, which was an hour before closing. Mindy was very considerate in giving us a good rate for our extended warranty due to the inconvenience. She also did good in explaining the paperwork/contract before we signed. Best dealership and car buying experience! Thankful and lucky to do business with them. More

Casey has gone above and beyond in communication and accuracy of the whole process and it was such pleasure working with you in all of this Casey that i had to leave you a positive review. Thanks to the whole Service department for doing the best job and fixing the vehicle RIGHT the first time. My mom is happy she has her car again in working order. I brought my 2020 GLB250 in for routine service and new tires. Andrew asssited via telephone with the tire selection and answered all of my questions before the appointment. Within the first day he helped us find a great car in the style, color, and price range that we wanted. The Finance person was also very good and customer friendly. Neither one of them were pushy nor manipulative We highly recommend the Lynnwood dealership and Alan in particular. More
No communication is a bad practice to have when you run a business. Josh McDowell has been HORRIBLE at communicating with me. A one day issue turned into three days then that turned into 3 weeks. I, ME, I had to call this guy to figure out what the xxxx is going on with my vehicle. I should NOT have to do that. HE and this business should be calling ME to let me know what's going on. They ruined my family trip with this xxxxxxxx and didn't offer me a vehicle to drive. So xxxx me huh? I hadn't seen my brother (navy) and my sister (air force) since I was in the army back in 2016. So xxxx veterans. Thanks for taking that away from me and not offering a solution. I won't be back. More
