I had a pleasurable experience dealing with Vish. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had no problem allowing me to take the pre owned car I was interested in to a nearby mechanic for a thorough inspectio friendly and knowledgeable and had no problem allowing me to take the pre owned car I was interested in to a nearby mechanic for a thorough inspection. Pricing was transparent and there was no laundry list of hidden fees on the final bill. I had a problem with the car only including one smart key. A replacement would have costed me close to $400, so I insisted that I be compensated for it. The dealership eventually did the right thing by offering a replacement spare key at no charge. Overall I am satisfied with my experience at this dealership and I would do business with Vishnu again. More

Service advisors are not available to pick up the phone to talk to. They use the answering machine too much! My advisor got my Address wrong and made it difficult to get a change.
