Took vehicle in for state inspection and wobbly noise under car. Was given a loaner (2024 C300). Dropped vehicle off on a Thursday evening and received loaner for service on a Friday morning. Vehicle was under car. Was given a loaner (2024 C300). Dropped vehicle off on a Thursday evening and received loaner for service on a Friday morning. Vehicle was ready that Friday evening. Received service (engine trans mount collapsed). Cost $465.36. Scott is always a pleasure, very friendly. More

I was very disappointed in the follow up with the service department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. I did not receive any follow up on my vehicle, after it was dropped off department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. I did not receive any follow up on my vehicle, after it was dropped off, for over 24 hours, when I finally had to call a couple of times. No follow up on a message left with my technician the same day I picked up my car. More
