Adam met uis when we arrived at the dealership and made us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. We had looked at cars in Mercedes of Ft Myers but just didn't like the pushy "vibe" from the sales perso us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. It was delivered a few days ago, and Adam has been extraordinarily patient with us, showing us how everything worked in our new car.
