I admit that I am spoiled after having dealt with Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted for two decades. Allan Goldstein, my salesperson, is so knowledgeable and guided me with patience to my next car. He made sure we went over my wish list and located the best fit for my preferences, searching nationwide and bringing the ideal car here for me. He's also interesting to talk with and is quite genuine. All the people here are great including the excellent Service staff who have helped me over the years. I've learned that this dealership sets the bar high for themselves and I've come to rely on the quality and support they provide. Matt Frazier in Finance was also very thorough and knowledgeable about Mercedes cars and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered about this transaction. Steve in the Customer Support area spent a lot of time with me in my new vehicle to thoroughly acquaint me with how to use all the technology and features of my car so I can get the best results while using it. Helder Rosa, GM, offered his personal assistance should I need it as I began this most recent process. This is quite a team. All this and I had a latte at the coffee bar while they finished detailing my car today. I highly recommend this dealership. More
