Complete package of excellence When my wife and I went looking at cars this past weekend, we did not plan on buying a car. My wife wanted to test drive Mercedes and BMW. We got there right as they were opening up and heard everyone cheering behind the offices and asked the receptionist what was going on. She explained it was a little competition that the teams do every so often and this time it was best team that built to protect an egg being dropped off the building. Why am I mentioning this? Because it shows that all the reviews you read about this dealership are true. They are kind, amazing, and friendly. Our salesmen was William (Bill) Keller. We explained what my wife was looking for prior to arriving and he already had the models ready to look at. Never once during our test drive, him explaining features and safety, did William talk about pricing. We know what the car costs and we know what we can and cant afford. But having a sales person that lets us fall in love with the car and not discuss pricing is hard to come by IMO. Whenever my wife and I wanted to talk in private, there was never any issues and he waited for us to come to him after. Just another thing salesmen don't do very often. My wife fell in love with the GLC AMG43 and said she didn't want to look at anything else. Once we let William know, there was no back and forth with his managers, it was, this is the best price (he explained why and how sure they are and about their awards). I had done some research prior and they were maybe off by a little on what I thought was better (500-1000$). But I was never able to verify those cheaper prices. We ended up buying the car that day. While there was a software issue with the car and we didn't get to drive it off the lot that day, William made sure we were always happy and got us taken care of. When I buy a car, I am not just shopping for the best price, I am looking for an amazing salesmen. Why? Because when the car has issues or we have questions, I know that person will always be available to answer our questions. And even after the ink dried, William has answered all questions. My wife is already planning for a Coupe AMG, and when we are ready for it, there is no question where we will be going and who we will be asking for. Thank you again William. More

I was given a fantastic salesperson who became as he called himself, "my own personal shopper". I wanted a specific vehicle, of which there were only 11 in the country. Barry located one immediately, but it was sold before we could make contact. After two other attempts with other autos he was able to locate exactly what I was looking for in 24 hours. Transition to my new vehicle was seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular this salesman to anyone! More

He's been a fine salesperson, always helpful and intent on awesome service to his customers. Richard has been promoted and so our most recent experience was with Brian McGrath. Again, our experience was wonderful. Brian is personable and went the extra mile to give us professional, gold level treatment. Our experience with Brian was first rate. Katherine Vari is the dealership's Product Specialist. She really knows her product. She was patient as she explained the multitude of accessories and options and dealt with a multitude of questions. Sam is also great at his job. The lease agreement was explained fully and all questions were answered. What's common with everyone is how they all go out of their way to be most helpful and all with a refreshing sense of humor as well.
