We are from PA, approximately 400 miles away from this dealer and we attempted to trade in our 2009 GL and no other dealer wanted to trade in our old car. But we found a 2015 GL Diesel vehicle that we loved when we first saw it and emailed Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. The second day a salesman, by the name of Jamie, began calling us and exchanged the info about the cars. There was a point when I was going to give up the deal, but Jamie insisted and helped us tremendously with trading in our old Mercedes and evaluating it, giving us $3,000 more than any other dealer would on our old vehicle. This was definitely the best deal we could have gotten in our old car. So we decided to take the chance and drove 400 miles one way and purchased the vehicle in no time! The entire staff at this dealer was very friendly and Jamie Bullis was the best salesman we ever met! We are so glad and pleased with the great deal we made!! We would definitely consider buying another car when time comes from this dealer again!!!! More

While searching the internet and CarFax I ran across a beautiful 2017 CPO SL550 with 2,900 miles. Curious, I contacted Mercedes of Olmsted and corresponded with Mr.Don Laporte via text. A deal was made completely via the internet and one phone call. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen, but Mr. LaPorte was well versed, knowlegable and reassuring. Oh yea, drink the KoolAid!.
