He made everything so easy and went out of the way to make me feel comfortable with the car. In addition to the pics available online he took a few more to help me get a good view of some very small blemishes. His honesty was very appreciated. I bought the car and they made the delivery and trade in a breeze. The car looked even better in person! Wow!! Shawnee was by far the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He made everything so fun and all around such a great experience while shopping for a car. I was in the market for an AMG C63 Cab and found one at MB of North Olmsted. I live in Savannah, GA so the drive was about 800 miles or so each way. I contacted the dealership and began talking to Michael Famageltto about the car and my trade (BMW M4 Cab). Mike was very responsive, friendly, easy to work with, and there was no xx. We were on the same page about me driving up 800 miles so the deal had to be pretty much set in stone and the number that we could both live with before I made the drive. Within a few days, all the details were worked out and I drove up later that week and took the C63 back home with me. Everything was as advertised, no hidden problems or issues, it was exactly what I was looking for. Both Mike (sales) and Corey (finance) were extremely friendly and personable, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the overall experience the best I've had buying a car. I would highly recommend not only MB of North Olmsted but also working with Mike and Corey, they went above and beyond my expectations! More

I worked with Adam and he was amazing and always went the extra 10 miles, not just mile for me, but EVERYONE there that I had any contact with at all was incredible - including random employees that I wasn't even working with directly doing anything they could for me and checking with me to make sure I was happy. I can't praise this dealership enough and I am now a lifetime customer. I drove all the way from TX just to buy a car here because they had the one I wanted and I don't regret that decision for an instant. It was more than worth the drive and looking back I wouldn't have had it any other way. Even after I had the car back home in TX they continued to make sure I was happy and even helped me with minor aftermarket issues that came up with no hesitation and a smile. To be specific, the clear bra I purchased was peeling a little bit so they found the shop here in TX to fix it and handled everything. Even the clear bra place here in TX mentioned that they were amazing to deal with. The car was in PRISTINE condition when I picked it up; despite the fact that it was snowy and muddy outside, the car was absolutely spotless inside and out and looked BEAUTIFUL. Again, I can't say enough great things about this dealership. Wish there was a higher rating than just 5 stars... they deserve 100. More
