I recently purchased a 2009 Mereceds-Benz SL550 from this dealership. I worked exclusively with Jim Cochran during the process. The market pricing strategy was disconcerting at first, but once I realized the asking price was very fair and there would be none of the usual negotiating stress/hassle, I liked it. A lot. He answered all questions and did everything he promised. We did the deal over the phone and I flew to Charlotte rather than have it shipped. I'm glad I didn't miss the experience of delivery at the dealership. Jim met me and we discussed the final numbers before I met with Deryck Siebs. He handled the paperwork turned me back to Jim. Then Jim passed me to Jahmal. He was great too. Jahmal is the guy who really knows how the car works. He spent two hours showing me all of the features and menus and setup on the car. No dealership has ever done this for me before. It has been a couple of weeks and I am happy with the entire experience. The car is great and Jim, Deryck and Jahmal were exceptionally professional. I liked the market pricing system and all of the people I worked with. I recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car. More

Jim Bennett was great, spent a significant amount of time to educate us and learn our needs/desires to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. We worked with Rob Bacharach to purchase our 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring. We had a wonderful experience working with Rob. We were somewhat undecided about trading in our 06 Chevy Equinox. There was no high stress sales from him. If he didn't know or was unsure with the questions we asked, he was quick to find out an answer for us. While we never purchased a vehicle from MB of Northlake, we were happy we came in, as it is MUCH closer to our home in Huntersville. Rob exemplifies a "can-do," customer service-focused attitude. We gave him many questions and requests and he always said he would do his best to make it happen. We really appreciate that! We understand that you can't always fulfill every request, but just the fact that he did his best and compromised with us made us very happy and satisfied. The negotiation process is much more straightforward, quick, and respectful at MB of Northlake than any other dealership I have visited (and there were many visited). The staff at MB of Northlake are down to earth, helpful, and genuinely friendly. While waiting briefly to speak with the finance manager, we spoke to Rob and had a nice conversation with other salespersons. Our finance manager was also very funny and helpful. We had a fantastic experience during our purchase. We are excited to keep coming back for service visits and future car purchases. More

Rob was knowledgeable, asked excellent questions and went the extra mile to make sure I had all the information I needed in order to make my purchase. He provided several options of vehicles he thought would meet my needs, but didn't attempt to "force" me to pick any thing. He made me feel extremely comfortable with all aspects of the transaction. Jahmal was also excellent. He walked us over every inch of the car and explained all the features in an easily understandable way. He clearly new all the features and was comfortable discussing everything. He made sure we had his card and let us know that if we had any questions at all on how anything worked to please call and he'd be happy to help. He even offered to walk me through setting up my garage door remote if I had trouble once I got home! More
