I had an appointment and my service advisor Omar said I’d be lucky if they could “fit me in” today. That comment was unacceptable. Additionally, I asked for the dealership to reset my A1 service reminder and be lucky if they could “fit me in” today. That comment was unacceptable. Additionally, I asked for the dealership to reset my A1 service reminder and they refused bc I only got an oil change. My car did not require the “recommended” service. When my car NEEDS a service, I do it. I refuse to waste money on unnecessary services simply bc a pamphlet recommends that a particular service be completed at a specific mileage. Since the dealership refused to reset my annoying service reminder, I sat in the service bay garage and watched a YouTube video until I figured it out on my own. Thanks for nothing. I own the vehicle. I get to decide when I do the services. More
