My husband went to see him because I couldn't be Working with Reza on purchasing my 2020 GLE was so wonderful and his customer service is top notch!! My husband went to see him because I couldn't be there. I wasn't expecting to have the whole deal done in the same day. I just wanted my husband to perhaps start the process and we could finish it up together during the weekend. Thanks to Reza, the entire deal was completed in the same day and he and my husband drove to our home together, so I could sign the papers. I have never had a salesman willing to come to my front door to finish a deal, which definitely saved me time from driving to the dealership (it's over an hour away from my house). After signing everything, Reza thoroughly walked me through many of the features of my beautiful new vehicle, and I'm sure he was as tired as I was. He never rushed me and made sure that I had no questions before he called an Uber to pick him up. I mean, he spent several hours with my husband, dedicated to ensuring that I received this vehicle - which I had been looking at for over two weeks!! One specific highlight of the shopping experience occurred as my wife and I were deliberating about the trunk space in the car. Oliver literally placed himself in the trunk -- and allowed us to close it -- to assure us we would be getting ample cargo space. A clutch move that only further strengthened our impression of him.
