GREAT SERVICE Reza Ghane at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills was AMAZING! I had been working with another dealer and just didn't feel great about the service and the Reza Ghane at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills was AMAZING! I had been working with another dealer and just didn't feel great about the service and the communication. I called Reza at 9AM and told him what I was looking for. He immediately located the car I wanted with MORE features that I was going to get at the other dealer AND he gave me a better price. I was literally done with my shopping by 10AM that same day! My car was delivered on time and Reza communicated with me every step of the way. Completing the paperwork with Fran in the finance department was a breeze and then learning all about my new car with the "genius" Tristan Kampsen was a true pleasure.
