I was stranded in Baltimore late one night with my family while driving from SC to NJ due to a suspension malfunction. I called Stephanie early the next morning. She immediately took ownership of my prob while driving from SC to NJ due to a suspension malfunction. I called Stephanie early the next morning. She immediately took ownership of my problem, looked up my vehicle and warranty details, explained all of the CPO warranty benefits, and assisted me to get my GLS450 towed all the way to my local NJ dealer by Mercedes at no charge where it was repaired fully under warranty. She also explained to me how to get Mercedes to reimburse me for my hotel stay and car rental for the remaining drive home. She sent me informative emails and she texted screen shots of the various benefits available to me. The entire ordeal did not cost me a penny thanks to Stephanie's assistance. Incredible service.
