I was first greeted by Mitch who stopped what he was doing and immediately assisted me. My dealings with him was superb and I was treated like a king. Lastly I signed papers with Molly who was also very professional and very very nice. My experience with Mercedes-Benz is one I will never forget. I have bought a number of cars in my life but I was never made to feel as important as I did with this dealership. My hat is off to you and your company completely. Oh and by the way I came in two days later because I had a rattle in my trunk and Mike the manager himself came out and help me locate where the rattle was an assisted me in getting it resolved. I am thoroughly and 150% impressed with this dealer the service and the kindness that I received. More

I have had great service when needed here over last three years. Nate Johnson-Grumm was part of our original transition into a Mercedes and was my contact person when I decided to do another lease. Having transitioned out of sales he refered me to Ryan. 5 Stars for all. Ryan Ellett eased my way through the transition to my new car lease with the support of his leadership team. My first time solo in this process. Very impressed. More
This is the second time I have been into this dealership where my car was returned to me and the service was incomplete. By that specifically I mean that my dashboard had not been reset after my oil change. where my car was returned to me and the service was incomplete. By that specifically I mean that my dashboard had not been reset after my oil change. Both times, the Service rep couldn't find anybody to do this, commented that they had to look it up on Google and do it themselves, and implied that it wasn't something they normally did, even though I have been going there for years and had never before that had an issue. When service is done, the dashboard should be reset, the service light and other features of warning. I also did not receive a reminder, I called in personally and was rerouted through service scheduling to confirm my appointment. It also took me over a month to get in to get service. I also had to call two times and emailed the service manager to get a return call back to set up an appointment. Clearly, there are glitches between calling in to set a service appointment, how non-Mercedes cars are treated by your service center and the efficiency, or lack there of, in terms of information and service in the service department. Points given for sending out a request for feedback. I really mean that. I do appreciate that. I would love to see things get ironed out in the service department so that I can once again feel confident in bringing my car to this dealership More

Took a week to get my car back. Wondering why they don’t have more staff. Replaced a part that was already just replaced. No loaner car. Car was dirty when it was picked up.
