The service department put the wrong sized tires on my vehicle, so I was driving with 2 different sized front tires for over a month. Then on another occasion, I brought my tire in when the psi sensor vehicle, so I was driving with 2 different sized front tires for over a month. Then on another occasion, I brought my tire in when the psi sensor dropped to 20. I was assured it was just a sensor issue, continued to drive on the tire, only to find out there was in fact a rip in the tire. So now that axle is damaged. I’ll be filing a formal complaint. More

They are always very professional and provide excellent services. I was a bit disappointed that the car was not washed or vacuumed with Service A. I thought it was included. No loaners, staff (not SA) that didn't communicate well. ..if at all. Took 4 days from time car was towed into dealership before it was evaluated and problem diagnosed and then another day for necessary part ..if at all. Took 4 days from time car was towed into dealership before it was evaluated and problem diagnosed and then another day for necessary part to arrive. Basically 6 days with no car. Live in a rural area so no bus, taxi, or uber service and no nearby car rental agencies. Felt very unvalued as a customer. More
