My Service Advisor, Chris, is very good and I always have valued his advice. He takes the agony out of getting my car serviced. Having said that, my AC went out the following week. I did not a good experience with this dealership. I had to call multiple times with questions and no one got back to me. I had to pay $179 to have the problem diagnosed. I put the OBD2 on at home and told MB PDX what the problem was but still needed pay seems like extra profit for MB PDX and extra cost for me.
