I love Mark is Service, it's too bad I will never go back to this dealership because of Michael Graham. I have never been treated with such attitude and bad customer service. We were two hours away from sign to this dealership because of Michael Graham. I have never been treated with such attitude and bad customer service. We were two hours away from signing paperwork on a 70k used Yukon. Someone smoked in it and they did a great job of treating it. We only asked that IF the smoke smells comes back within 30 days they would treat it again. Michael's Answer - "I'm sure as your husband is in the car business is in the car business he knows that there is no way we can guarantee that for 30 days, we would like to sell you the GMC but understand if it's not the one for you" and " the great this is that since he is in the car business I'm sure he can have his guys bomb the car" If I was buying the car from my husbands dealership, he would have been correct and they would have done everything to make the customer happy. Anyway, I am so disappointed with this dealership. For the way we were treated I won't even have my Mercedes GLS serviced there anymore. More
