Client advisor Camrynn Kemmsies and Cecilia Salgado. Very unhappy with service. - 2 quotes done at different times, different price and different types of service by same advisor. Was the diagnostic done correct and which one or are they both wrong. - Went to have 2 service done from 1st quote. Advisor decides to add on additional service without consent and no communication. The car is already in shop and being worked on. Cost was more than double. - advisor was suppose to email explaining the reason for the 2 different quotes and pricing so I have it on paper. Nothing not a phone call. - The link to pay for the service shows expired and no longer available on the same day service was done. There was no way for us to make the payment. - Car service was done on same day but did not call my daughter to let her know the car was done, instead, blames us for not paying for the service and no communication when in fact, the site was no longer available for us to make the payment due to site shows expired. - At this point, there is no trust from the lies, blaming the client and not taking any accountability of their actions. Advisor says they will take the payment through the phone. I told them I’d rather have them put the link back in the site so I have some paper trail to make the payment. - Prior services were done at same service and found that histories were not added. Advisory again blames another employee who is a sales person at the time who would know nothing about servicing a car - Do not go through this service dealership. This is not what you call service. If you do, do not go through these advisors unless you want untrusted and bad service.. keep in mind, if both advisors are like this it’s likely the way they operate or a training issue. You’re better off going through Wilsonville of Mercedes! Good luck! More

Under staff and over booking services. I had to wait triple my anticipated time frame for tires replacement. Thank goodness Mark was able to give me a loaner after waiting for 3 hours. My service started 3+ hours after my appointment time after being told it would start in 'just a few minutes'. I was told my vehicle was ready even though the service wasn't complete, ended up having to after being told it would start in 'just a few minutes'. I was told my vehicle was ready even though the service wasn't complete, ended up having to wait over an hour for it. My car seats were removed and then not installed properly even though I was told to 'wait so the tech can put them back'. Probably my worst service experience since I've owned a car. Will likely never return. More
