I’m usually very pleased with my service but this time I have to say, I definitely did not get what I paid for. I’ve had my vehicle detailed at your location multiple times and it always comes back looking have to say, I definitely did not get what I paid for. I’ve had my vehicle detailed at your location multiple times and it always comes back looking brand new. This time, however, I noticed, not only did I pay more, but the quality of the detail was significantly less. There were areas that weren’t even cleaned, like a very noticeable spill on the front passenger seat, the inside windshield, and the front seat compartment to name a few. There were also multiple mix ups in communication when I texted about what service was being done to my vehicle, leaving me to wonder if I actually had the problems I was told I had. MBP has always left me impressed and satisfied but not this time. More

I am extremely disappointed with the car service I received on 5/22/2023. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait for 4 hours, causing significant inconvenience. The lack of loaner received on 5/22/2023. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait for 4 hours, causing significant inconvenience. The lack of loaner cars and minimal refreshments only added to my dissatisfaction. Additionally, I was given incorrect information about my tires, indicating a lack of attention to detail. The Service department spent hundreds of dollars diagnosing a problem that did not exist on my GLK 350. The service department said that one of my cylinders in the engine was malfunctioning and mo diagnosing a problem that did not exist on my GLK 350. The service department said that one of my cylinders in the engine was malfunctioning and most likely Need to be replaced or, in the alternative, the whole engine, at a cost in excess of $5000. I told the service department to stop their diagnosis of the problem. . There is nothing wrong with the engine, running smoothly and without it a problem. I took the GLK to Mike Noble And he hooked up his computer to my car, and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the engine. I demand a refund More
