I was very happy when a service advisor talk to me within 10 minutes although I did not make an appointment. While at dealership we also looked at used E350. Mr Arno spent a lot of time with us and looked over a bunch of options He was very patient and gave us right advice as we finalized on the car. We are extremely happy with the dealership and are not going back to Ray Catena. Thank you Mr Orsini for all your help More
