In a very polite, decidedly low key manner, Arno showed me on the car how the E350 was superior to the BMW 535 I had been considering. Negotiations were also low key with Arno, and resulted in an extremely attractive price. I placed the order to build the car, with Arno offering sage advice about which options would best meet my needs. When the car arrived the delivery process was very thorough - I was slowly taken through all of the car’s controls to be sure that I understood how to use them.
