We were pleasantly surprised with how easy our transaction was. We purchased our vehicle late Saturday and came back on Monday to finalize the paperwork and everything was ready to go. Frank expertly explained everything and was extremely patient with all our questions. We also would like to thank Ruben. He took us for our test drive and his enthusiasm was contagious! Ruben answered all our questions and his knowledge of the workings of the GLK was a big selling point for us. Frank and Ruben are the best. We also had the opportunity to check out the Service department. One of the headlights went out. I called Frank on a Friday and we were able to get an appointment for Saturday. The light was fixed and we were on our way in short order. Cudos to Frank, Ruben and the Service Team, great job done by all! More
