I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Benz location. The lady named "Erin" at the service department just hang up on my call when I was trying to make an appointment there. She has an attitude and seems to be really impatient from the beginning of the call. I got to a point that I told her that I needed to talk to her manager. After that, she immediately started to question me what is my problem using very harsh attitude and hang up on me. Very rude! I encourage the store manager to give me a call to address this issue. This is not the quality of Benz that I used to know! This issue needs to be addressed immediately. More
