Since 8/13/18 I visited the shop 5 times for the same recurrent problem of flat tire on the same right front side. Despite never needing to replace a tire in my life before being a careful driver, since recurrent problem of flat tire on the same right front side. Despite never needing to replace a tire in my life before being a careful driver, since this problem started the service advisor at this dealership told me I have to be more careful and had to replace the tire repeatedly. I asked to check if there is any other problem as it made no sense to me but each time I was told it was probably just a pothole! Also despite being an emergency and a safety concern, the service department seemed to never have a loaner car, except if I book it weeks in advance Overall I ended up spending thousands of dollars only in the past two years on fixing the same problem over and over. Last week I had the same issue again and finally the service advisor found a crack in the wheel itself and a small leak in the same right front tire both cost me $876. When I asked him if he thought that was the reason behind the vulnerability of the same side and repeated issue he said yeah it probably was and that lead to those damages. I asked then to speak with the manager who explained to me that he reviewed my file and he disagreed that those issues were related, and declined my request to end the lease term and reimburse me for my losses. I got a third party advisor from a local tire shop who confirmed that this is very unusual unless for drift drivers and I am surely not one. I would describe my experience with Mercedes Benz of Princeton to be disappointing and inconvenient. I feel unsafe driving the car and I can’t wait to end the lease More
