Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Spent weeks with two other dealers in person and got no where. Contacted Mercedes Benz of Richmond thru the internet got an immediate response from Shawn Snider. I told Shawn what I wanted to order and within an hour I had a quote with an out the door price, all fees and taxes included. The price was more than fair so I placed an order with a two to three month delivery time. In a week Shawn contacted me and said they were able to find a car already shipped that met my specifications. I agreed to take that car and took delivery on my purchase within 30 days start to finish. When taking delivery Shawn took all the time required to explain features and benefits to me and my wife. Again a great experience! More
