Craig Johnson helped us get a same day appointment and even had to request the service men to work overtime so I could get my car back in time. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop of the status of my car throughout the day. My family has been a loyal Mercedes customer since 1990 and would highly recommend this dealership. More

I try to get Peter's help whenever he's not with other customers and Kevin is the only technician I ever trust to work on my car ! Run away as fast as you can to ur nearest audi, lexus or Bmw Mercedes At Richmong BC auto mall are cheats. Be carefull when dealing with these guys. Just run to ur nearest Audi bmw or lexus dealer. It is just not worth it these guys put a lot of add ons to the car and make u believe that they are mandatory like the taxes and when u confront them they dont answer or return ur calls. The mercedes three point star means something else now guys. We know that they have targets and that they are losing market share but this isnt the way to meet your targets. So sad and pathetic.
