The service is fantastic particularly because of Wayne - loaner cars are a premium and difficult to attain something the dealer should really consider focusing on. Wayne does everything possible to accommodate my schedule (I am a busy physician in and out of the operating room) He has assisted me on several occasions and it is greatly appreciated. He is in frequent communication with me when my car is serviced he is professional, courteous and affable. Improving customer service is key but so is enabling your service staff to be excellent by giving them the necessary tools and loaner cars are just that tool. More

The car I wanted was not in dealers' inventory in the entire state. In order to find it outside the state, the online sales person, Thomas Lee, went above and beyond to find and get the car. In our in person meeting, he was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He responded very quickly when we texted and emailed several times outside of our face to face meeting. I also interacted with Dana on the final paperwork. He was very personable and my experience of that meeting was 5 stars. I called with a last-minute problem later in the day and was able to get an appointment the same day. Very appreciative of that because that is not generally the case with the other vehicles I own. They turned the vehicle around quickly and solved the problem. Not sure how you could do much better. More
