Contacted them by phone about a car, left a deposit to only be called the next day that they could not approve me, yet when we spoke the first day they said it won’t be a problem. It’s been 8 days since they told me they couldn’t approve me and will issue a refund and no one will return my emails or calls to confirm the refund has been processed.
