The cars were all the same but the respect, attention to detail and overall excellent service was extraordinary here compared to the others. Bob Cannarsa, our salesman was knowledgeable and kind. He gave us the impression that his work was important to him and that he truly believes in the quality of Mercedes. He was not pushy at all, giving us the impression that if we were serious then we would understand. He was a pleasure to work with from the first moment we walked in. No question was left unanswered. Buying this car ( my third Mercedes) was great but buying it from Mercedes of Rockville Center made the experience more pleasurable. We dealt with Cary Weinstein and Frank D'Amato throughout the process and they couldnt be nicer. Lastly when I picked up the car, I dealt with George Baptiste who was MOST patient with me in making sure that I understood each of the features of this technologically amazing car! This was an amazing experience from start to finsh!!!! More
