The best dealership for service in NY area I a long time MB owner and thru the years own many MB cars. I have used several MB dealerships for service and can say that MB of Rockville Center is I a long time MB owner and thru the years own many MB cars. I have used several MB dealerships for service and can say that MB of Rockville Center is the best out of all of them. From service advisers to technicians - all guys are very polite and knowledgeable and do just excellent job. I live in Brooklyn and even though it’s not the nearest dealership for me – I agree to drive there and spend some extra time just to make sure the job will be done correctly and on time. A Terrifying Experience I had purchased a used mercedes vehicle with 90K mileage without any issue whatsoever except that the engine was idling very low noise without any eng I had purchased a used mercedes vehicle with 90K mileage without any issue whatsoever except that the engine was idling very low noise without any engine check sign light on. Out of the brand-name respect; instead of going to my regular garage, I made a big blunder of going to this dealer. The service advisor stunned me by calling back the next day that the engine needs to be replaced at a cost of $7,000.00 which I didn’t want to do without a second review. When I went to pick up my car back from the dealership; the car had the engine check sign light on, the engine was leaking and making very loud grinding noise and the car couldn’t accelerate beyond 10-20 miles speed. On the highway, I was not only stopped but was also tailed with flashing lights by a state trooper to my garage as a precautionary measure. It appeared to be a big embarrassing highway scene exactly like that of O. J. Simpson. I had hardly used the car smoothly for couple of weeks before going to this dealership but since then the car vegetably doesn’t start or move at all. Even my experienced mechanic couldn’t figure out what the xxxx MBRVC mechanics did to the engine. When I called the MBRVC, they hiked up the cost of the new engine to almost 10K including all their usual bells and whistles to favor with genial 10% discount. I also got couple of stereo-typed business follow up calls from their service department including the manager to know of my decision mainly to get my business but without any sincere intention of resolving their genuine diagnosis goof-up of no mistake on my part. I would not recommend this facility at all to anyone as I am afraid that either their mechanics are not experienced enough or they are simply there to mug the so called rich Mercedes owners by hook or by crook, not actually knowing that some of them are also innocent middle class hard working people like me. Thanks MBRVC for turning my first mercedes experience into a big nightmare of lifetime. More

I don't normally have favorites but I'm on my 5th car with this dealership and Carol and Wil have always been my go to people. They are very informative and knowledgeable they answers emails and any phone calls I may have. Shockingly my daughters & wife actually enjoy bringing the car to get serviced! They love Carol and cannot say enough of how great her customer service skills are. Her team went above and beyond. I will spread the word without a doubt. More

Car washed, manicure provided, hot cup of coffee with a freshly baked cookie; a wonderful way to start your morning. I was able to catch up on my business emails thanks to the wifi and also private computer stations upstairs. I was productive by mutlitasking while waiting. I recommend my friends and family. More

As a single Dad, I can tell you that the prospect of having to spend hundreds of dollars, according to estimates I'd received elsewhere, was a dim one. Thankfully, I decided to opt for one more professional opinion before having my car repaired. Your Diagnosis discovered some problem was due to a oil leaks, Recalls ect and were able to replace under my third part warranty. Needless to say, I breathed a sigh of relief! I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which your mechanics serviced my automobile. You have definitely gained a new customer. BOO to Mercedes of Manhattan. Brought vehicle in 3 times for the same issue to no resolve. When I called Anthony to discuss, he denied any issues even occurred. I brought my vehicle into this service center for the warranty to be reviewed by Mercedes Benz Corporate. The Mercedes Rep stated that the axle was leaking and that was caused by 2 broken motor mounts. T warranty to be reviewed by Mercedes Benz Corporate. The Mercedes Rep stated that the axle was leaking and that was caused by 2 broken motor mounts. They said there was damage to the under carriage and used parts were used to repair my vehicle. This service center left my under carriage ripped apart and wires poorly repaired. I don't know how this was possible, because my car was there for a full week! I can't imagine that the motor mounts were destroyed in my vehicle and the service department wouldn't alert me to fix this. If this was the case I could have been killed! This could have caused me to lose control of my vehicle and hurt somebody and/or myself. After pickup of my vehicle I had another certified repair shop look the car over and they cheked the motor mounts and axels and found that nothing was wrong, nothing needed repair, just some shabby work was done. How could Mercedes Benz not see all of these issues and inform me, but the corporate rep said the car was a wreck. I think someone should get involved and get this resolved with corporate, you had no problem taking my money for 10 years of being a loyal service department customer, but the second there is an issue I cannot get any help. I can't imagine that the service department and corporate can't agree on what the issue is. I expect to be helped or I will make sure I let this be known on every possible outlet. More
I had an problem concerning the grab handle of my 2007- C280. After discussing the problem with Vinny we came to a positive conclusion which I was very please with. After leaving my car for the repair work I called Samatha to ask to check out an additonal issue with my car (not related to inital problem). Samantha advised me not only was she aware of the problem but had it already corrected. I was extremely impressed with Samantha's professionalism and assertiveness. She had taken that extra step which was greatly appreciated and should be commended....THANK YOU SAMANTHA! AND VINNY!! More
