Good service department, great folks to work with. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership nearly 4 years ago, and was very happy with the transaction. Because it is considered (by Mercedes Benz) to I purchased my vehicle at this dealership nearly 4 years ago, and was very happy with the transaction. Because it is considered (by Mercedes Benz) to be a "commercial vehicle", there are only a limited number or "certified" dealerships that can service it. I tried the one other "commercial vehicle" dealer in my area for a "A" service ... and while they did a good job, the overall ambience and general demeanor, while efficient, was also "cold." Not the case at MB of Salem! I genuinely feel welcomed, and they take careful note of my concerns and address all issues clearly and efficiently. This is important, as my home is more than 60 miles from this dealer, and due to logistics, it's generally necessary for me to wait while my vehicle is being serviced. More

Josh is excellent! Needed a new rim installed on my car. Had to special order the part. Josh called me to tell me my rim had arrived early and had an opening for me that Needed a new rim installed on my car. Had to special order the part. Josh called me to tell me my rim had arrived early and had an opening for me that day. I dropped off the car and he arranged the shuttle to take me back to work. When I arrived back at the dealership, my vehicle was fixed, a recall performed, and my Mercedes-Benz looked sharp from the excellent wash and detail. Best service around. More
