Customer Service from reception to Shuttle was excellent. I spoke to the service advisor when I dropped off my car, about scheduling for another time to get a lube oil & filter along with a tube up done, but I spoke to the service advisor when I dropped off my car, about scheduling for another time to get a lube oil & filter along with a tube up done, but for some reason that never happened. It felt rushed, but he mentioned they were busy so some grace there. Everything else was handled well. More
