"Exceptional Sprinter Service!"

We were traveling and the window switch on our Mercedes Sprinter broke. Without an appointment, they quickly located the part and the proper service expert to install it. "My go-to guy for questions and service on my Mercs"

Don has always taken the time and effort to answer my questions and make sure my vehicles are ready and reliable on the road. Even for accessories, he has provided advice and pricing every time I have requested such. In addition, he always has my services records on hand (having 4 Mercs, I get services mixed up between the cars) so we always know what needs to be done to maintain my vehicles.

In July 2018 I was in the middle of a Palm Springs to Calgary, Alberta RV trip. I noticed a problem with my headlamp. I pulled into Salem and, with David's assistance, was on my way in 15 mins and under $20. Great service by David.

Came in for drivers airbag replacement. Work Was finished and the van washed in no time at all! David helped me look at my maintenance schedule and determine that I need to come in later in the month for brake service he made notes so that I’ll be sure to be able to use the coupon that’s available from Mercedes-Benz.

"Service Dept is Excellent!"

David Mohr - Sprinter Service Advisor This guy is the most accommodating, efficient and professional foreman on the West Coast. My family of 6 and was stranded in a parking lot after our Sprinter 2500 broke down. I called Mike and he immediately arranged a tow for us and rearranged the shop schedule so we could be seen by the techs upon arrival. David was sympathetic, a great listener and very attentive. The guy will take care of you. I promise. Mike Leblanc - Shop Foreman There's no one more knowledable about Sprinter vans than this guy. Mike not only diagnosed our problem and fixed it within minutes but took the time to explain the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He brought out the damaged part and even provided me with a spare for future use. Mike will give you the straight skinny on your van and is up front about cost and fees. You will not find a better mechanic to work on your sprinter than Mike LeBlanc. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Salem for their service work. They are totally professional and honest. You can trust these guys to make correct choices and honest assessments of your vehicle.

"Good service both in sales and service departments."

I have two Mercedes products, a Sprinter Van built out as a "class B" (van conversion) RV and a Metris passenger van, purchased from this dealer. My most recent experience was with my Sprinter van (a 2010 model) that had troubles with "glow plugs" (a device in the engine that pre-heats the cylinders for starting in colder weather -- this mostly reduces "smoking" from the diesel engine when it is not yet warmed up). The service department was able to quickly read the codes and verify the problem, and then replaced the necessary parts in about 3 hours (appointment was made ahead of time). Since I have to travel nearly 2 hours driving time to reach this dealer, their promptness and attention was well appreciated. (As for my Metris, it's a wonderful van -- every thing the 1969 VW "bus" I once had should have been! I was treated fairly during negotiations -- and the dealership did a good job obtaining a model that closely met my desires in less than a week. -- I could have placed an order for a specific set of requirements "from the factory", but then the wait might have been 2 or 3 months...)
