Went to a another Mercedes Dealership and boy was the service terrible so back we went and when Kathy stepped in let me tell you she is professional, warm and knows her stuff! And the car that I fell in love with she worked her magic and me and my new girl are together! She took the time to explain everything about that car to me even after the sale was complete, she has followed up to make sure things are running smooth!
