I was prepared to stay the day in case the service took a while, but both my 1 year/10,000 mile service and the replacement of a differential pressure sensor for my Sprinter van were completed in about 3 hours and I was on my way. This visit was at no cost to me; the service was covered under my original purchase agreement, and the pressure sensor was a warranty repair. More

Dead Battery Mechanic came on a Sunday morning since I had a dead battery. He spent at least an hour trying to get it started but ultimately determined that a new Mechanic came on a Sunday morning since I had a dead battery. He spent at least an hour trying to get it started but ultimately determined that a new battery was required (the AMG SL63 was in storage for 5+ months without any attention). He returned the next day with a new battery, installed it in record time, all with total professionalism. More
