The issue that I've had is with the person who handles the loaner cars. A couple of months ago I went in and stood at the desk for at least a minute or two before he acknowledged me, he was staring at his computer. He is not very personable and doesn't match the customer service I have had with anyone else there. I specifically requested a sedan and was given a GLA250, the car was dirty and the tank was not full. I passed that off as a one-time thing but it happened again this last week. The car I was given had trash in it which I had to ask him to remove, there were scratches on the outside which he insisted was tape (it was not) and again the gas tank was not full. Since I am charged $6 per gallon if I don't return it with a full tank I had to take a photo of the gas meter so I was not charged when I brought it back. I normally don't write bad reviews but I feel like this particular person is the missing link in an otherwise great establishment. More
