Excellent My recent experience at Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring was excellent! This was mostly because of Julian. He was attentive, patient and understanding. My recent experience at Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring was excellent! This was mostly because of Julian. He was attentive, patient and understanding. Before I even considered purchasing a new vehicle, Julian contacted me and provided me when his contact information for future references; this conversation began my inquiry for a new GLE. As requested, within 20mins I had a listing of vehicles in my email from Julian. Later on that evening my husband had some additional questions, and although it was a little late, Julian was available to speak with him and sent over an additional list of vehicles right away. I anticipated a couple of calls and pressure to buy a vehicle from Julian soon after, however, I received a very different response. He waited for us to reach out to him again, and the rest was history. The day of purchase, my husband and I came in later than we scheduled and Julian advised that he would be there for the rest of the evening for us. We arrived and looked at four vehicles total. When it came down to it, I had to pick between three, which took probably about an hour or more. Julian was patient and pleasant as he answered all of our questions (repeatedly) and allowed us additional time to go back and forth between the cars, which he pulled into the service center for us because it was dark outside. Before making our final decision, we wanted to look at one more car at a different dealership. As during our entire experience, Julian was understanding and advised that he would wait for us to come back. And that we did. :) Julian made this car buying experience very delightful from beginning to end. He laughed as my husband an I went back in forth, he was honest and always kept a smile on his face. If I could give Julian Thornton 10 stars I would - thats how awesome the was! More
