I have purchased many cars from herb chambers dealerships and it started back in 2005. This was my first visit at the Natick store. I called the Medford dealer and spoke with r Rob Timkin he did not have on and it started back in 2005. This was my first visit at the Natick store. I called the Medford dealer and spoke with r Rob Timkin he did not have on and looked at other dealer inventory and found one at Natick. I looked at this 2019 MB E450 online and and called Rob back and he called Charles in Natick for me. I then set up an appointment to look at the car on Saturday. There were a few items that needed attention. I gave them a list and said I would pick the car up the following Saturday. The said the car would be ready and it was perfect as every car over the years has been. Can not say enough good things about the whole experience over the last 20 plus years. I also meet Neecko one of the managers. We purchased our first Mercedes from HC of Natick. They were very competitive during the sales portion. We continued to follow up with all recommended service at the same shop as it is a bit better lo They were very competitive during the sales portion. We continued to follow up with all recommended service at the same shop as it is a bit better located to us than other Mercedes Benz dealerships. We have used Scott Masterson for the last several visits and he is excellent. He recognizes that i have some automotive knowledge and doesn't treat me like a complete neophyte. Scott also knows I like a deal and in the past having used a dealer coupon that they send out, Scott now honors a coupon even though he doesn't require me to furnish an actual coupon. Scott is also willing to sharpen his pencil to maximize value for a large service interval; like brakes and tires etc. Scott follows up as needed, and he made sure my car was so clean at pick up I almost thought I bought detail service. HC should have Scott fix the slick coffee machine in the lounge. It was my pleasure to recommend Scott Masterson and Herb Chambers of Natick for a purchase or service of your Mercedes Benz. More
