We purchased a car from Howard at mercedes- benz of natick, after test driving similar cars at other dealerships. Prior to test drive he took the time and showed us all the vehicles amenities and featu natick, after test driving similar cars at other dealerships. Prior to test drive he took the time and showed us all the vehicles amenities and features which did not occur at other dealerships we went to. We also commuted quite a ways so he made the purchase as easy as possible for us and even delivered the vehicle to our house once it was ready. Howard kept us in the loop throughout the process and answered any and all questions we had. More
