That is not how it is supposed to work, I am sorry! There are much better dealerships in New England than Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz than this one! Dishonest and Backs Out of an Agreed Deal Do not do business with this dealership! They backed out of a deal after agreeing to a price. When I discussed it with the General Manager (Fahad), Do not do business with this dealership! They backed out of a deal after agreeing to a price. When I discussed it with the General Manager (Fahad), he hung up on me when I questioned why they would back out of an agreed price. There is no way I would ever do business with this dealership! Go to another Mercedes dealership - great cars, but dishonest people at this dealership. All of this to try to get an extra $3k. More

However, I did arrange for service this week because it was convenient for me. I was fortunate that Savannah was assigned to my service call. Due to the repair required, my car needed to be left overnight. Savannah followed up with me on the progress and when she advised me the time(s) she would follow up with me, she did. She never gave me the impression she was too busy to speak with me and I appreciate that. More
