Jonny takes great satisfaction from helping customers and demystifying the headen car features. He is well mannered, great people skills, detail oriented and overall a great person. Jonny is an asset to any company he works at because from the 2 hour interaction with him I realized his traits. I would recommend increasing Jonny’s responsibilities and let him have his own team to train. Or let him train the sales reps to explain how the cars operate. Thanks Jonny you’re a rock star! We had to go a few times back tot he dealership but the last visit was with Jonny and I can say that he represents what the experience should be when buying a luxury car. He is thorough, technical and patient. He has taken the time to test the software systems and create his own “cheat sheets” which he shares with the customers for better experience with the car. I have never seen that level of detail from a car dealership! For example: He showed us how to use the voice system in a way that won’t leave us asking the same question many times which he figured out on his own by experimenting in different ways.
