Quoted a price for my used vehicle. Accepted their price. Go into the dealership and suddenly the price I was quoted the previous day wasn't good anymore. The second sales manager fee Accepted their price. Go into the dealership and suddenly the price I was quoted the previous day wasn't good anymore. The second sales manager feeds me xxxxxxxx about the brakes and tires needing to be replaced. The tires are still practically new, and at least 30k miles left on them. The brakes had a little bit of rust, and with a mild bit of labor (or driving) they would be good as new, at least another 40k miles left. The fact that I was quoted a price one day and suddenly I get xxxxxxxx about them needing to do a bunch of labor on the car and won't take it at that price, reeks. I bought this car from them and had it serviced the day prior, and none of these issues were mentioned when I had it serviced. So either their service department was not telling me everything or their sales department was inventing reasons to take advantage of a situation. Reneging on an offer is extremely unprofessional, and I won't be buying anything from MB Natick again. More

Jonny was amazing, his expertise on all the new Mercedes software and the clear explanation made the learning easy. He was polite and professional and knowledgeable.
